TEHRAN -- Supreme Leader of the Islamic Revolution Ayatollah Seyyed Ali Khamenei plans to visit Kordestan Province Tuesday morning.

People from all walks of life, including artists, sportsmen, scientific figures, and Iranian and foreign journalists are to attend the welcoming ceremony.
A number of writing, painting, and photo competitions on the theme of “The Leader’s trip to Kordestan” and a calligraphy festival are among the programs which will be held during the Supreme Leader’s visit to the province.
He will visit the capital Sanandaj and other cities of the province.
